After blending apply to the body in circular upward movements.Bathing Dilute a maximum of 3 drops of essential oil(s) into a cap full of carrier oil, milk or fragrance free bubble bath, hold it under the running tap, then step in and enjoy the experience.Diffusion To beautifully fragrance your room, add a few drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. This is an excellent way to introduce the wonderful effects of aromatherapy to your home and family.Steam Facial Add no more than 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Keeping your eyes closed, drape a towel over both your head and bowl, and gently breathe for as long as is comfortable. The steam opens your pores, cleanses your skin & clears your head and breathing.
